Pre-Wedding Home Meeting (Supreme & Platinum)
At the pre-wedding meeting we will show you some examples of the weddings we have covered and work with you to formulate ideas for your own special day. It is also an excellent opportunity to get to know us better so you are comfortable with us when it comes to the day.
Pre-Wedding Venue Meeting (Supreme & Platinum)
Once you have confirmed your booking with us our next stage is to arrange a meeting at the venue to familiarise ourselves with the location and discuss any ideas you have for the portfolio. This enables us to find the very best aspects for photos to be taken in and to give you an opportunity to make suggestions for the day.
Coverage Provided on the Day
Depending on the package you choose, one or two photographers are provided for the entire day, from preparations in houses through to the last dance. Two photographers gives you exceptional coverage of every aspect of the day, including simultaneous events such as the bride and groom's preparations. It also provides you with two styles to choose from when selecting your prints. Although we offer to cover the whole day we provide coverage as per your wishes.
Custom Built Online Gallery
Intricately designed we create your own online photo album where your guests, family and friends can visit and see all your photos. Here it is possible for people to order their own copies through our automated order form system, thus removing the hassle of you having to organise this yourselves. This is a secure service and can be protected so that it can only be accessed by those to whom you give permission.
 High Resolution Files
The equivalent to film negatives but more versatile as copies can be made and distributed.
The Platinum & Supreme wedding packages includes all Hi-Resolution files taken on the day. This can be over a thousand images which are supplied with a personal © to allow you to produce your own prints or send as emails.
Reception Slideshow
We can provide a DVD slideshow of your wedding to be displayed at the reception. Of course this is dependent on the time available, but it is a great way for those who missed the ceremony to see the special moments.
Optional extras for all Collections
DVD Disc Slideshow
Using the latest digital technology we create you a revolutionary DVD of your portfolio which can be played on any home DVD or computer DVD player. This provides an fantastic way of viewing your photos.
Extra Prints
If you exceed the quota in the Classic or Supreme Collections and wish to add prints to your collection then additional copies can be supplied at our standard print cost for a 10”x8” print.
Extra Digital Files
We supply you with all High-Resolution Digital Files of the images you select for your Platinum or Supreme Wedding Book but if you require further copies from the other collections then these can be purchased individually.
Wedding Albums
A full choice of Italian Wedding Albums are available with a selection of contemporary to classical finishes or the very latest magazine style albums. Each is highly customisable and so close consultation is provided throughout. We work with all the major album suppliers so are able to provide any album style that you want - just ask.
Reception Portrait
A custom prepared large format print with a large white border for your guests to sign and write messages
